ACT Sports Fest 2010

This year, the ACT (Association of Cordillerans In Thailand) sports fest was held in Rayong last July 25-26, 2010. There were 48 participants gathered for this event, together with some friends and non-members. On the first day, members and officers assembled at the Assumption College Rayong gymnasium, where the opening ceremony was conducted. Games of basketball, volleyball, badminton, and table tennis were played simultaneously during the day. On the second day, tug of war and some other fun games were played at Hat Mae Rumpueng beach.

The main theme of this event was 'Strengthening friendship, camaraderie, and confidence through sports’. It left a mark of joy and satisfaction in the heart of each participant. Dr. Noel Landers and Ms. Angenel Kilongan, shared inspiring messages during evening festivities.

Every year, the ACT organizes a sports fest in order to strengthen the friendship of its officers and members and also, to encourage non-members to join the affair.
