WHAT IS/ARE YOUR FAV THAI DISH/ES? 1 Year, 9 Months ago Karma: 28
Fish Roe Keng Som and Khaa moo

I forgot to add, Kaeng Som is tamarind flavored red curry "soup" cooked with fish roe (bihud?) while Khaa Moo is stewed pork trotters and rice served with local pickles. Both dishes are easy to find in Bangkok.

Gosh! Im hungry now. I have too many favorites to mention. Thai Cuisine is my # 2 on my 10 Favorite cuisine. Ok. I have this favorite dish but only available in Chonburi. It is Gaeng Som Khai Phra Leaw Seaw.

I understand you predicament about the seemingly limited choices I'm asking for. However, feel free to share as many of your favorite dishes as you like. Personally I like many other Thai dishes but either don't know their names or can't remember.

Yum Woon Sen -Tale ( Noodle seafood salad and I love this very spicy! )

Nam Tok Moo ( Spicy pork salad)

Tom Yum Kung ( spicy sour shrimp soup )and
Tom Yum Kai ( spicy chicken sour *I prefer* CLEAR soup)

Moo Satay (Barbecued Pork Skewers with Peanut Sauce)

Pat Pak Ruam sai Moo Tord ( stir fried vegetables with fried pork)

Khao Pat Poo ( Fried rice with crab meat)
