i will be going to thailand this week, coming from singapore. i came here in singapore as a tourist and i just recently decided to visit thailand and maybe stay there for a month before i head back to philippines. but if i find some luck there in thailand, maybe i could get a job and a work permit.

i am hoping i could get some helpful advise from SP members here. especially i havent found any place to stay yet. i read on some blogs that it will be cheaper to get an apartment especially that i will primarily be staying there for about a month. i will be going there with a tight budget.

also, im still trying to figure out whether its better to stay in phuket or bangkok.

any advise will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

by the way, if in bangkok, i would prefer near Pathumwan or Sukhumvit.

pwede bah kumuha ng apartments here? meron bang mga backpackers lodge dito?
