Hi,
We have a baby 11 months old who was born here in thailand but we brought him to the philippines last summer, now we are trying to bring him back again here to thailand. Can anybody help us on the process? We've heard that others did it without any visa at all. Is this true? Both of us parents are here in thailand at present.

both parents are filipinos? and the baby have philippine passport? kung legal naman kayo dito nagwo-work i guess ikuha nyo na lang siya ng dependent visa sa thai embass sa atin bago bumalik dito.

Actually, there is no need for visa tlga for the baby pero iba pa rin syempre un may mga supporting documents kayo like work permit isa man sa inyong mag asawa. In my case, the father has the WP so hindi nman cla mahigpit kung kumpleto ka sa docs pero syempre iba2 din depende sa taong mag iinterview sayo tyempuhan lang din. As long as di ka nman nagpapakita ng takot hindi ka nila pag iinitan
