Kahit 400-500 baht/ night or around 3,000-4,000 baht per month. Mas maganda kung pinoy-owned yung property (kahit hindi,ayos lang), malapit sa BTS. We'll arrive in Bangkok on Dec.29 and flying out to Manila on Jan 21st. Thanks so much!

Kung malapit sa BTS at sa ganyang rate, medyo mahihirapan siguro kayong makahanap. Pero teka lang baka may ibang tayo dito na may alam.

Agree with MasterJ. Medyo may kamahalan pag malapit sa BTS.

BTW, 'Horphak' means 'a place to stay' but mostly a room, condo style. In Thailand, the word 'apartment' is in the upper class. 'Mansions' is a bit lower but also quite good to stay at.

Areas to find good deals are - Bangkapi, Sukhumvit 77 onwards, Bangrak, Minburi. Also university belts like Bangkok University and Assumption in Ramkamheang.
