IV. Contracting Marriage In Thailand

a) Application form duly accomplished;

b) Original copy of the birth Certificate duly authenticated by the NSO, Office of the President, and the Department of Foreign Affairs. One photocopy of the same document;

c) Original copy of the Certificate of Single Status issued by the NSOand duly authenticated by the Office of the President and the Department of Foreign Affairs. One photocopy of the same document;

d) Affidavit of parents or guardian, as applicable:

1. Applicants aged between 18 and 21 must present a duly notarizes Affidavit of Consent executed by the parent or guardian;

2. Applicants aged between 21 and 25 must present a duly notarized affidavit that he or she sought advice from parent or guardian.

e) If the applicant is getting married to another Filipino, Marriage Contract form duly accomplished;

f) Copy and photocopy of valid passport;

g) Payment processing fee ( Subject to change)

If the marriage to be contracted is between two Filipino Nationals, a 10-day marriage ban will be imposed during which the names of the contracting parties will be posted at the Embassy's Consular Section.
